Ania Chef Ania is passionate about everything food related: cooking food, shopping for food and of course, eating! She loves to experiment with new flavors and ingredients.
She is originally from Poland and has been a Singapore expat for over seven years. In 2017, she began a journey to develop and expand on the awareness of healthy eating and plant-based diet in Singapore. She has chosen a vegan diet because she believes it's the best choice for wellbeing and the planet.
With easy to follow cooking courses, demonstrations, and educational events, she wants to spread the message that vegan food is not only healthy but tasty and easy to prepare.
