Dr Julia Lim (PhD) is a psychologist and holistic health coach specialising in mind-body integration, emotional health, living foods, fasting and keto nutrition approaches. She is well versed in physical and emotional healing therapies and is talented in culinary arts. She is also a 500hr Integral Yoga teacher and a certified Eupsychia breathworks practitioner. Dedicating her life work to helping people gain vibrant health Julia brings together therapeutic psychological processes and science-based nutritional practices to practical living. Julia has been a steadfast volunteer with Kampung Senang for more than 11 years.

Many of us do not pay enough attention to the roots of physical issues. If you ask anyone who is ill to trace their problems back to life events or stages, they might uncover times of prolonged stress or emotional turmoil. Physical issues are often somatic expressions of stress or pain that is unobserved. This workshop takes this perspective and shares methods and practices that can help to address the emotional roots of illness and the needs they are pointing to.
