Negative emotions like fear, anger, worry can compromise immunity and cause Stress & Illness. On the other hand, positive emotions contribute to well-being. We know this intuitively. There is also strong scientific evidence through Psycho-Neuro-Immunology and Epigenetics. However, most of us don’t know how to manage and express our emotions in a healthy way, primarily because it isn’t part of our education and upbringing. Fortunately, it is not too late. In this session, Vijay will share some simple and powerful practices that you can apply on a daily basis. He will draw upon wisdom and wellness traditions from around the world, both ancient and modern.
